Last updated: May 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TO SEE AS, Norwegian organisation number 936 645 100, websites, applications, software, APIs, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the Services, or using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Services for a company, school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If a separate written agreement applies, that written agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
You keep ownership of scripts, prompts, recordings, files, media, brand assets, generated course materials, and other content you submit to or create with the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant TO SEE the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, modify, and generate outputs from Customer Content so we can provide and support the Services.
You are responsible for having the rights, notices, consents, and permissions needed for Customer Content, including rights for voices, likenesses, personal data, trademarks, copyrighted material, and training materials uploaded to the Services.
We do not use private Customer Content to train foundation models unless you separately enable that use or agree to it in writing. Service telemetry is handled separately under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
TO SEE may collect and use telemetry data, usage data, product events, workflow steps, generation metadata, logs, device and browser diagnostics, performance metrics, and error reports to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.
Telemetry data can be used to improve the service and analyze platform behavior, including reliability trends, feature adoption, product flows, quality issues, abuse prevention, and capacity planning. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or pseudonymized telemetry for these purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Services to:
The Services may generate scripts, translations, course content, video, audio, avatars, assessments, metadata, and other outputs. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for a specific legal, compliance, medical, safety, employment, or training purpose without human review.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, learner assignment, or business use. You should not rely on outputs as professional advice.
The Services may integrate with cloud infrastructure, payment processors, analytics tools, AI processing providers, learning management systems, storage systems, and other third-party services. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the Services and Customer Content. You are responsible for using secure credentials, managing workspace access, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or security incidents involving your account.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information may only be used to perform or receive the Services and must be protected using reasonable care.
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or modify features as the Services evolve. We aim to provide reliable access, but the Services may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, capacity events, or circumstances outside our control.
Beta, preview, experimental, or free features may change or end at any time and may be offered with limited support or different reliability commitments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TO SEE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. TO SEE's total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Services or other users, fail to pay fees, or use the Services unlawfully. You may stop using the Services at any time. Some provisions, including payment obligations, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, and provisions needed to resolve disputes, survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to your agreement with TO SEE AS. If no separate written agreement identifies governing law, Norwegian law applies, except where mandatory local law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
